I love using Bookshop. It's such a good idea for an organisation, supporting local bookshops as well as being able to buy online.

DPD's tracking is really helpful and accurate and they generally knock at the door rather than dropping the parcel and running like some other delivery companies.

I've purchased many Bracenets (and a couple of hoodies as well) over the years and I love them all. They're really unusual and a good talking point with people about the impact of plastics in our seas. Whenever I've asked questions, their customer service has been good too. I just love the company and their ethos - great work guys!

We used Suntransfers for 3 different taxi bookings during a recent trip to Warsaw and Krakow and I’d recommend them. The taxi driver on each occasion was brilliant – very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They called us shortly before picking us up to check in and so that we were aware of who they were and any further detail on meeting points. The company too were very helpful the bookings and helped answer a few questions I had. Booking with the company beforehand definitely took any worries about finding a local taxi on arrival and I’ll be using them in the future for similar bookings. Thank you.

I purchased a camouflage rucksack cover from Wildlife Watching Supplies. It fits my rucksack well and was great in the Polish forests. It was delivered quickly and with no hassle.

They've been very good at both understanding what I'm asking and providing clear answers which may sound obvious but too often, customer service advice can be muddled. The customer service at Hunt Office is very good. I had a query with an order and the member of staff replied was friendly and helpful and quickly resolved my question.

Petplan have always settled claims quickly and, as I claim through my vet, with very little input from me. I love my cats and tend to worry whenever they show signs of illness so the ease of claims is a big help. Also, whilst I appreciate this is marketing, the tone of any correspondence shows that the company cares about both animals and their owners and when you are worried, this makes a real difference. This approach is replicated whenever I've needed to call them. Not every company gets this right so I appreciate it.

I love Cult Pens! I've bought many items from them over the years. They have such an incredible range of products and I always find myself buying more than I originally intended just because they all look amazing! They're a great source for all sorts of creative ideas.

I have had a very positive experience with Mira today. Snoap is such an excellent idea - it is a great product, really easy to use and a very efficient use of soap. It makes you realise how wasteful we were before we had it.

I've only just found Vampire Outdoors but already I love them as a company. I am on the larger side, close to size 18 and it is so good to find a company that caters for larger sizes. There is a lovely feel to the website about championing us and making us feel as if we can do anything so thank you! I will definitely be back for more.

I love Nutscene! Their twines come in such brilliant colours and have a multitude of uses. I have quite a stock - just in case and they always make me smile when I find a use for them. The company leaflet they send with purchases is also brilliant - quirky and informative. Thank you.

Cult Pens are my go to for any type of pen, pencil and other related items. They have such an amazing range and I've always been able to find what I need (and a whole load of other things that I'd love to buy but perhaps don't need as much). They deliver very quickly too and their regular emails are a genuinely lovely and inspiring read too.

Natasha from Good Energy was great at helping book a smart meter appointment. She answered all my questions and ensured my requests around Covid were conveyed to the company. Best of all though, she kept me updated as the booking was progressed. Great customer service.
