We bought our cooker because our old one developed a fault. It stopped working. We were look for a slightly bigger one to fit in our space with no gaps. This was perfect. It’s simple to use, easy to clean and we even got free cleaning supplies as a gift. Wish I could give this more stars as it’s fantastic. It cooks superb and I have no complaints about it whatsoever. Would definitely recommend.

Bought this device as an alternative to vaping. Had some issues with registration but customer service is outstanding. Medhi who helme has been 100% the best. Would definitely recommend this contact and company to anyone thinking about trying. The choice of heated sticks is fantastic too

Got a voucher from Facebook for £100 for a professional line photo book. After submitting photos, the first hardcover one arrived. While the quality was superb, there were issues with the photos. Some were cut off and people’s heads were cut off. After raising this, the company asked me to resubmit my photos and promptly sent me a new book, although soft cover. This, in my opinion was far greater quality than than the last. The photos are so clear and the print quality is outstanding. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone interested.

There’s not a bad choice of properties to choose from, however, the reason for four stars is that there could be more to choose from, ie, more properties with a games room and more bedrooms.

I've been on their mailing list and sent me an email to say they are sending out packs and Amazon vouchers for free for those in need. Such a wonderful idea and they've been helping foodbanks also. It's nice to see a company helping those in need for a change rather than the big ones who don't give a stuff. Looking forward to receiving my pack and one for my stepson.

Quite possibly the best company out there. I've ordered a couple of things from them before and each time, they were faulty. The people who run this company are fantastic. Any problems are quickly resolved with a replacement or replacement parts. Will definitely continue to buy from them as I like to support family run businesses. The staff always respond quickly to any issues you may have. Wish I could give more stars

Ordered their simple scrub. Great item but had problems with it. The scrubs weren't good so they sent me new ones, then the top of the handle broke, so they sent me a new one too. What can I say? Fantastic family run business with first class customer service. Never heard of them before till I found them on Facebook. Wish there were more companies out there like this. Have ordered more products from them too as I feel they really know you.

The jacket never came. Ordered for our daughter who has autism and learning disabilities and was supposed to arrive last week, however, Evri, the worst parcel company ever, said there is a delay. Still no jacket so think will have to contact Sports Direct for a refund or replacement

This is my second IPX 80 I bought as a spare. Once again, great service, quick delivery and it's a bonus to get two free liquids. Will be buying all my e cigarettes from here from now on. Great choice of products too. Very happy with this company

Ordered the IPX 80 on Friday morning as a backup vape. Arrived late Saturday afternoon. Even to Scotland! Very happy with the vape and good value for money. Easy to use and carry outside which is what I wanted. Love the rainbow colour too. Very quick to deliver and I'm thinking about ordering another. Not to sure about berry sherbet flavour liquid that comes with it but it's ok. Very happy customer though and would definitely recommend.

Don't ever need to supply meter readings as we have a built in smart meter. They are always on hand and always happy to help. They always understand your needs. Top marks Octopus 🙂

The two parcels were left outside for anyone to see and they could have been stolen. Should have waited until we were in or left a card. We have had parcels stolen from outside before

Ordered a set of three t shirts which I liked the look of for around £11ish. When they arrived, they were left at my front door step in the rain and were soaked through. The rain even managed to get through to the t shirts and they were ruined. Couldn't even wear them. The white one had blue dye all through it. Complained to Atlas For Men who promptly sent me a replacement and said I could keep or discard the others. Couldn't enjoy my free gift as that was ruined with the wet also. But have to say, very impressed with the quick service I got and for getting a replacement. Excellent customer service and would highly recommend.

I ordered a Smok RPM 80 online for collection. I was happy with the service but not the product. You cannot see when you fill up the Pod with juice as there is some sort of guard thing in the way. The Pod also leaks and juice goes onto your hand. Bi cannot get an exchange or refund as they say there is nothing wrong with it. Other stores happily do this which is why I am giving one star

Ordered a Bush 25.5V cordless vacuum cleaner. Have to say that the first one they sent out didn't work properly. The led lights didn't work nor did the motorized brush head. Even though this was refurbished, I raised this, and they promptly said a replacement would be sent if I sent the damaged one back (at no cost to myself). Very easy to send faulty one back. New one arrived within days and works fine. Excellent company, very good communication, usually within 48 hours. Victor was especially helpful. All the staff I delt with were. Would definitely buy from them again and am happy with my purchase.

This is our very first smart tv and we have wanted one for ages. WE LOVE IT!!! We are no longer bored with normal TV that's on every night as we have so much to watch now. It was delivered when it said it would be and so easy to set up. All you need is Internet and your Google account and any other streaming services you are signed in for and your good to go. The only thing is that the sound could be better and I am thinking of investing in a sound bar in the future for an even better experience.

I bought these for the recent heatwave in Scotland. Didn't think they would be up to much, two for a tenner but I was so wrong! They are dead comfy and white possibly the best tenner I have spent. Well done Shoezone on another fab product!!!l

It's absolutely beautiful. We haven't met our new granddaughter yet as she is still to arrive in the world but we needed something to cheer us up in this current situation and this is definitely it. Presented in a beautiful box. Thank goodness our daughter hasn't changed the name of baby!!!! Thank you Heaven sent and will be buying from you again. Such a wonderful gift and idea.
