Ordered a Hoover HF1 Max Cordless Vacuum Cleaner , it came a couple of days later , the price was great and the hoover is excellent , would recommend this company to others

The price was ok and the battery was great in the beginning as it was delivered fully charged, but when it died and I put it back on charge for over 24 hours it wasn't 100% charged and when I used the battery it only lasted about 15 minutes after I used it, I did use it at full power for about 5 of the 15 minutes, so I'm not overly satisfied with it, so now just wondering how long before this one dies!!

I am about to instigate Court proceedings against this company who have failed to deliver my order for over a month now, it has not even been shipped. I believe they are trading fraudulently, publicly misrepresenting goods for sale that they do not have (they are unable to explain why they have not even shipped my order) and continue to obfuscate. From now reading the reviews I am not the only one to experience this it seems. Either way, this misrepresentation/fraudulent trading is an offence in law.

My vacuum lasted 24 hours, used it once, it wasn't able to start on it's second use for over an hour, then when it did spark to life it kept alternating between eco, normal and high modes all by itself, then I had terrible trouble switching it off! When I tried to make a complaint to customer services, I was met with an AI assistant, a bot, no help really, so I emailed them, I received an AI reply, no real help there, I rang the company several times, had to download WhatsApp to do it though only to find that they were blocking calls into the company from outside. I made another complaint, another bot, was told customer service are available from 8-4 Monday until Friday, nope, I'm trying to contact them during that time. Are there any humans at all running the company? Will I ever get my vacuum replaced? I may never find out, but I can honestly say I do not recommend this company if you ever have difficulties with a faulty device

All good. The machine works a treat. The instruction sheet is not brilliant.

Hoover is great customer service second to none

Really pleased with my refurbished Henry hoover. It works and looks as new. The delivery was very quick and it was wrapped securely. Highly recommend.

AVOID AVOID AVOID - wish I'd seen the other reviews on here before doing business with them. Have not refunded my money, have had to raise a transaction dispute with my bank. Waste of time scammers. Ordered a wine fridge, delivery all smooth. But, sent a completely different model. Arranged for pickup of wrong item and sending of correct item, pick up of wrong item all smooth (well done) but didn't hear anything for 4 days about replacement. Kept chasing then was told were out of stock and a refund would be issued. Customer service all handle by AI, which is fine but there was radio silence and had to keep following up. There's some internal business issues around stock management, attention to detail when picking/processing/sending (a very simple SKU check would have avoided this situation), or potentially an underlying business cashflow situation - whereby they're deliberately accepting orders and sending wrong units just to hold onto customers cash. Have not refunded my money, have had to raise a dispute with my bank. Waste of time scammers.
