It was easy to book tickets and download them to my wallet. The updates received via email regarding parking, road closures and access routes to the venue were very helpful. The on site organisation was excellent. Stewards & security personnel were polite, helpful and had a sense of humour.

I had great difficulty registering with Ticketone.IT. I could not complete Registration because the code that I requested be sent to my Mobile via SMS was never received. I tried multiple times to get a verification code via SMS. After 3 days & multiple efforts using other mobile numbers, I contacted the Ticketone. It took 4 further days to sort the issue. Today I finally succeeded in Registering & purchased my tickets. The staff were fantastic despite working through Italian. I dont know how they did it but they sorted it. Thanks you soo much for excellent response times & not giving up.

I rang a general Hays number looking to speak with an Agent with whom i spoke 1 week earlier. I did not know what branch she worked in only her 1st name. Agents found her for me & we reconnected.

I understood that this pillow would assist with improving my sleep apnoea. I can't say that there's an improvement. I haven't got used to sleeping with this pillow shape so perhaps that's why I am not sure that's it's helping.

I had unsuccessfully searched most of Cork city & county 3 days before a wedding last week to find a matching clutch bag for the shoes I had purchased. 2'days before the wedding, I did a pressure purchase. That night I found the bag on this website. 1 day to go - I order it & UNBELIEVABLY the bag arrived 3 hrs before the wedding. I got refunded for the pressure buy.

Joe our delivery driver was polite yet friendly and courteous. The parcel was delivered on time within the time frame notified to us.

The products I ordered arrived promptly but (my error) they were not the product suited to what I needed them for. I since (through visiting an Ecco shop) found the correct product. Perhaps a clearer explanation around each product & what is should do & be used for eg Clean Nubuk or leather , Protects Suede etc might help with ordering.

I took out this policy when I was travelling a lot abroad & it gave me added security around hiring cars. I was able to drive stress free without worrying as to what would happen if the hire car was damaged. This year, due to unexpected changes in our lives, I wont be travelling. I forgot to cancel the renewal policy but Car Hire excess very kindly refunded me the entire amount with no difficulty. Than you Care Hire Excess

As there were orders for 2 different sizes, Spirit contacted me to check that I hadn't made a mistake with sizes. This was above & beyond the service that I expected.
