I tried to buy tickets for Enhypen in Milan, not only did it not work after I filled in all my details and verified my phone number ,Every single time, after verifying my phone number via SMS, I get the same message: "Your request could not be processed." Customer service is terrible; I reached out with this exact complaint but received no response. Disappointing.

Great overview of the seating chart, and hassle free process. Got e-tickets send to my e-mail right after purchase.

Impossible to purchase something via website or app... the website keeps telling for weeks in a row "cannot proceed, please come back...." and the app tells me my basket is empty after submitting credit card details (3x)... Not to mention the very onerous registration method...

The most invasive ticket form i had to fill in. Tried to buy Borghese Gallery ticket and had many dou ts whether it is a scam or not until the very end. Requrst about connecting account to paypal made me mistrust it even more. It all seems suspivious and requires way too much sensitive data. It is just for the museum. Not to apply for visa or something. I hope my data wont get sold in 5 min 🙄

Absolute disgrace. TicketOne failed to announce a gig cancellation until just 7 hours before showtime. By then, we had already traveled to Italy. This gross negligence cost us over 700 euros in useless flights, accommodation, and travel expenses. Their customer service is non-existent and shows zero accountability for the financial damage they cause. Avoid this platform at all costs.

I had a very disappointing experience purchasing tickets through TicketOne.
I purchased tickets for both FuoriConcorso and Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este for a total of 140€, and the payment was successfully taken from my account. However, I never received any confirmation email or tickets.
I contacted customer support multiple times and also reached out directly to the event organizers, but I received no response or assistance.
It is extremely stressful to pay a significant amount of money and be left without tickets, confirmation, or proper customer service. I expected much better communication and support for an event of this level.
Very frustrating experience.

Trying to contact ticketone. On all platforms they keep sending me to the contact form, but the contact form doesn't work. Once I select a Help-category I get the error that it's mandatory to fill in the field. Doesn't matter what option I try. So I tried contacting them on social media, but no response!!!

I have been trying to contact ticketone the whole day today, the only thing im getting is an automated email, no response what so ever. I have a problem with verifying my phone number and i literally tried everything. Nothing works, i cant call them from outside of Italy. I am trying to get presale tickets but this is hell. I have never had such a bad experience till now. Honestly i dont know what to do and now it even says that my account just cant be verified no matter what phone number i use. Complete bullshit.

I highly recommend purchasing tickets withTicketOne. The booking process was user friendly and their help center customer service communications were very speedy and responsive in helping me when I made a mistake with my purchase.

Too many complicated and unnecessary steps + tried verifying my phone number so I can save my personal data and never received my SMS!!??

Assistenza veloce, efficiente e precisa

I had great difficulty registering with Ticketone.IT. I could not complete Registration because the code that I requested be sent to my Mobile via SMS was never received. I tried multiple times to get a verification code via SMS. After 3 days & multiple efforts using other mobile numbers, I contacted the Ticketone. It took 4 further days to sort the issue. Today I finally succeeded in Registering & purchased my tickets. The staff were fantastic despite working through Italian. I dont know how they did it but they sorted it. Thanks you soo much for excellent response times & not giving up.

The Twisted Sister gig was cancelled and I submitted my refund request on March 8th. 38 x days later no refund (138 EUR) has arrived into my bank account. This company is in the business of scamming customers.

We had no difficulty booking, but when we had to cancel due to a change in circu,stances, TicketOne were exemplary in their refund process.

I'd deleted my email with tickets attached and only had the event and entry in my € bank statement. Within 10 minutes Customer Services had traced my tickets and they were in my inbox. Amazing

Very difficult to use. A lot of unnecessary personal data. Old interface.

Great if you have patience and perseverance, website a nightmare but eventually got there have definitely more grey hairs.Tickets bought for the opera in Palermo, Once confirmed tickets easy to download. So just hang in there.

My situation to buy the ticket from Puerto Rico was resolve fast and easily. I was having trouble due to my phone number not receiving verification code. But customer service contacted me next day and provided me with a resolution.
