I placed an order with MADE.com almost a month ago now. It has been an absolute nightmare. I have had 3 separate online chats with 3 different customer service people and they have not been able to tell me what the problem is. They can’t transfer me to a Supervisor/Manager and they told me that they have no phone number! I cannot get to speak with anyone in the company that may help with this. I have a notification from them stating that my order has been despatched.
I have bought from them before and had a very good experience.
In response you your reply to my review;
That’s the problem Matt, everyone is looking into the problem but not one person has come back to let me know what the problem is or when it will be resolved. This is going on for 1month now!

Place my order 1st week in January 2021 Was given a delivery date of 1st March 2021. Today is 31st March and I just received an email saying they have cancelled my order as the products are not available and they don’t know when the will be available.
What a disgraceful service, no excuse for it.
