So far I've ordered 2 things from this site, over all the deals seem too good to be true but I will see once they are delivered the website is fine I've only had issue with the address it kept changing my location to UK mainland and I kept having to change it back but i will update this review once I receive the itema

Good service, disappointing products
The products I received appear to be old stock, with consistency and workability of the product being quite badly impacted by this. I wouldn’t have purchased these items if I knew they were old stock. Delivery and communication prior to delivery was excellent, but I would be reluctant to order again as it’s not the quality of product I had hoped for when purchasing.

We purchase Captain Fawcett products directly from their official distributor, so we have no reason to believe these are old stock.
Regarding the consistency, this product contains a combination of clay, waxes and other ingredients that give it its characteristic texture. However, we would be happy to investigate any concerns about the quality with the manufacturer.
