Will never use this company again. Ordered the Blush crush bouquet deluxe. Received a SMALLER arrangement with wilted flowers that came from a local florist called South east flowers. Emailed them to show them the ugly arrangement received (no answer). Tried calling them and The Flower factory (no answer). Online process great, except receiving something else instead. Customer service rude: I received a call (that I missed). Called back and the gentleman who answered demanded that I needed to give the recipient's phone number in case there was a problem. I said call me (flowers were a birthday surprise), I didn't want the recipient to know, he insisted that I give him her number and I told him no the arrangement is a surprise, call me. He said whatever and hung up. I called back, girl who answered said SHE called to confirm the delivery address. So had nothing to do with a damn phone number. Service got even worse when someone else from the flower factory (another man) called to tell me that the delivery driver was lost, so I told him to have the delivery guy call me, so I can help him. Apparently the instructions I put were not helpful enough. Finally spoke with the delivery driver, he finally found the address only to deny coming up to deliver the flowers. So I had to go get them from him because he refused to deliver them where he was supposed too. I could have just picked up the arrangements myself instead of all that hassle. Maybe could have had the florist fix the ugly bouquet too. What a disappointment!!! This is why I get all my arrangements from DTLA, way better service. Too bad this day was last minute!!!

Ordered a massive 50 red and 1 white rose bouquet for a special occasion. The flowers arrived right on time, fresh, fragrant, and arranged to perfection. The delivery was seamless, and the roses were breathtakingly fresh and vibrant. Thank you for making the moment so memorable. Highly recommend!

Great fresh flowers haven’t let me down so happy with this company

Only finding our late after Mother's Day because my Mam was too polite to say it. 90% of them were wilted and dying. Extremely disappointed. I would have assumed that they came from a local florist but it would appear they came from a warehouse or somewhere they were made up well in advance without care or regard. Extremely sub standard.

Ordered two bunches of florist choice bouquets and i was very disappointed with them. Looked like a bunch of flowers from the petrol station. Wont be ordering flowers from here again.

A perfect delight of a delivery.

If you are ordering flowers for delivery they use DPD. Flowers I recently ordered as a surprise ended up 5kms away, surprise ruined.

I order flowers every Christmas and The Flower Factory always delivers on time and the flowers are always superb. Highly recommended.

I was disappointed to discover the delivery of the flowers took from ordering on the 19 Oct 2025, to delivery on 25 Oct.
I was expecting a day or two for delivery. I put the 20 Oct for delivery. Otherwise, the flowers were good

Very good - the flowers were lovely and arrived the afternoon of the designated date. As I hadn't heard from the recipients (flowers sent for bereavement, a beloved pet) I worried that they would not get there and emailed Flower Factory, who replied in timely fashion. All good in the end.

Seamless process. Recipient was delighted with her wildflower bouquet. Only thing missing was a pre dispatch photo.
