they sold me a Ground pro 1 metal detector and sent me a cheap Underground metal detector, very false advertisement and very slow in response, still trying to get my money back or the correct product.

DON T BUY FROM THIS OUTFIT, THEY USE BAIT AND SWITCH, NO RETURN ADDRESS OR ANY TCONTACT THEM. THEY ARE A BUCH OF CROOKS

I discovered Osmo via a review for an air purifier which is where things started to go downhill. After closer inspection the review was fake; written by AI which is when alarm bells started ringing. The company sells itself as having good reviews when in fact it doesn't. It boasts having been mentioned on The Verge when in fact I couldn't find any evidence to support that.

In conclusion, this business may be legit and you may receive the product you bought but it sells itself dishonestly and unethically via fake AI reviews to bolster it's credibility.

I have contacted customer support to receive a refund.

I bought two pest repellents that look like owls for my garden. It took a month for them to arrive. And they worked for a month.
For 99$ it's a clear rip off....

Do not buy from here. Half of the purchased and paid for products were never shipped, it's been three months. They won't react to any communication. After three months, they tried to put another payment on the visa card (everything was paid for in May already) which Visa rightfully flagged as fraudulent and blocked the card to avoid further attempts from them. Nothing but problems and outright fraud.

This company uses deceptive trade practices. I ordered the Osmo RoboClean window cleaning robot through a reviewer’s link to the Osmo website. I ordered from Osmo, however, the credit card charge was from ShopKlix. I received the RoboClean with a defective charger. When I contacted Osmo, they denied my claim for a new charger since the receipt did not list Osmo. In addition, the RoboClean is generic Chinese junk. Does not perform as claimed, has no brand markings on it, and was shipped in a box with no brand name. I am disputing the charge on my credit card and have filed a deceptive trade practices claim with my state consumer affairs division. DO NOT BUY FROM OSMO!

Biggest most fraud filled company there is. Here's how their scam works. They show you a beautiful picture of the item you order, when it arrives it is something completely different and then claim to you that it is the same caliber of item you ordered. Not even close. Contacted them via email (you can attempt to call them but their line is always busy, their answering machine voice will tell you a lot as well) They first offered me 25% off and keep the product. Several emails back and forth, finally they offer 50% and keep the product. No I want a refund. Email return form and discover that the customer (me) are responsible for return shipping cost. Now this crooked company ( aka Seth Medical Group LLC) sent either intentionally or unintentionally the wrong item and I have to pay the return shipping? That being said their email communication was quick, but be warned this company is shady at best. I wouldn't recommend ordering anything from this company but hold out for 50%, you'll still be screwed in the end.

Bought the 12x42 HD. They DO fog up. Focus is okay, but not what they claim. They make you pay for returns. Bought it for the car so if it’s broken into, it won’t be a huge loss.

The Osmo RoboClean window cleaner is a bust. Kept falling off the window. Have to babysit it while trying to keep it on the window. Not worth the hassle. Tried to return it without success. DO NOT BUY. It's a flawed design and won't work.

I ordered 2 osmo boom buddys and received 2 off brand speakers and a carrying case that wont even start to fit the speakers that I received No phone # or return address

I would give this company zero stars if I could. They advertise using phony product reviews, including in the NY Times. These ads are by Seth Media and claim to be Expert Product Reviews of various products. Not surprisingly the OSMO product is always the most highly rated. When I contacted OSMO to complain that the product I ordered did not do any of the things advertised in the glowing review, they said they couldn't be held responsible for the advertised claims! They claim to offer a 90-day money back guarantee, even if "gently used." But since I had opened and tested it they told me they could only refund 10%. Shame on them, and shame on the NY Times.

I am attempting to return the Osmo Robot Window Cleaner that I purchased. It did not perform as promised. It kept falling from my upstairs window. Also, I feel there was a bit of false advertising here. It was not made clear that the product must be connected to a power source when in use. I have some windows where that is not possible.

This company is practicing a blatant bait-and-switch operation. I ordered a HydorTartan hose on their website for $98.00. Instead of fulfilling my order, they knowingly shipped a completely different, lower-value, cheap substitute item because they were out of stock.

When I contacted customer service, they refused to give me a full refund unless I paid $48.00 in international return shipping back to the UK to fix their mistake. Instead, they tried to pressure me into accepting an insulting "60% credit" for a cheap product I never ordered.

To make matters worse, they are STILL actively advertising and accepting payments for the HydorTartan hose on their website despite knowing they don't have the stock. I have rejected their credit offer, filed a formal chargeback with my bank for merchandise not as described, and reported them to international consumer fraud agencies. Avoid this company at all costs!

I haven’t received my order as of yet, so I can’t comment on the quality of their cameras. However, I placed my order 6/7 and now it is 6/30. I am wondering about my decision to order from a company so far away. I have contacted the company 3 times just to hear the order is on its way and should here in a few days.

The product was flimsy and completely ineffective. Customer service has not responded to me about a refund -- something they promise but have a very short window for. If I ever do hear from them they will likely tell me I'm too late!

The product I ordered took 4 weeks to arrive from the time I ordered in early May (no doubt coming from Asia). When I received the wallet (from you know where), it was a cheap knockoff wrapped in flimsy plastic film. Definitely not what was advertised. And of course, I agree this company is a total scam, including their delivery service and "review" platform. Good luck if you want to take a chance.

Scam website for Osmo Soundlite has this one item. Site refreshes with different “regular prices”, claims reviews from CNet -lie.

Complete scam of a company. My electric toothbrush had a battery life of about 6 min after a few weeks, so they were supposed to send a replacement. What actually arrived was a completely different toothbrush, which didn't match anything on their website, had no logo on it and no real manual. It did however match a Chinese offbrand toothbrush sold by Amazon and Walmart for about 8 usd, which Osmo tried to explain away with "it's out latest version". After weeks of emailing back and forth with what I perceive to be an AI agent claiming to be a person I eventually got them to give me a refund, but not until I referred to my legal rights as a customer. Everything about this experience indicates that they put a crappy chinese product in their box, hoped I wouldn't notice, and tried to gaslight me when I asked about it.

Still haven’t gotten my order after weeks of waiting .Now they tell me it is in transit but I need to review my address . There is never a problem with my address as it wouldn’t have allowed my credit card to go through.
