Clearly a lot of creative experience has gone into designing the towel and bag. The towel is fantastically soft and the bag great for keeping somethings seperate in the case for a weekend away. I have also been impressed with the candles and beauty products I have tried. A recent buy of mine was a gold product which helps to soothe the under eye area but is also marvellous on under eye bags! Would highly recommend.

My experience was trouble free. I was well supported at every stage of the process. I also felt that whatever the outcome the whole process would be fair and unbiased.

Lots of good help with questions I needed answering and good suggestions on what I should. No pressure was given which I apprecisted.

The dress was beautiful, a lovely colour. Unfortunately the picture did not show the v neck and that was unsuitable for the occasion I was buying it for. Hence I returned it but wished I didn't have to.

I was very satisfied with Octopus until I moved house, when it became clear that I was paying my neighbours bill because we have the same meter numbers. Only now a year later since I moved Octopus are taking the matter seriously, even so I am just told it is very difficult to sort this sort of problem out. It has been immensely frustrating dealing with them. The only good thing to say is that Kulsum who is now my contact at the moment is very helpful and seems to understand how demoralised and frustrated I am.

SDL Surveying were excellent at communicating with me before they did the survey. I had a grade 2 survey which seemed very detailed. I received the survey report quickly and was very satisfied with the service I got.

Unfortunately I was sent the wrong size. It could have been my fault so I can really give a meaningful review.
