Had what I wanted at a reasonable price job done.

Walked in got what we wanted,paid and walked out again no fuss no hassle great.

Found exactly what I wanted for our break.

We were shown what we wanted by a very helpful salesman, he even carried a piece of furniture upstairs for comparison with some other stuff.

Very helpful staff, giving an excellent service for me.

I was expecting to pick my car up at around 2:00pm but ended up waiting till 4::20pm. I was also expecting my ball joint covering to be renewed but was told at the last minute that the joint cover wouldn't be replaced as they didn't think the warranty people would pay for it as it wasn"t completely split but I could have it done if I paid. I am not impressed with this debacle at all.

I was happy with my flight to Spain, with no issues but coming home it was a different story. We arrived in Birmingham and were preparing to disembark when we were told we had to wait for two buses to take us to the terminal. First one came and took the first set of passengers off, we then had to wait for the second bus to turn up with a staff member saying we had to wait in line. When we got on the bus we ended up going half way round the airport grounds to get to the doors leading to the security checkpoint. Not impressed at all.

A lovely place with good facilities and very friendly staff.

Easy getting through check in, nice welcome from all the staff. Easy boarding good service on board.

Good gave useful quotes and was very easy to use. The £250 excess is an added bonus.

Everything went well flights and transfers easy. Hotel very nice with lovely food and good staff.

Disappointed with this store as the staff don’t seem to know what the left hand is doing from the right hand. Went to buy a coat but the person selling it said we couldn’t have the CCC discount as the coat had been reduced for sale but the price was exactly the same in the catalogue. Yet the person who put it on one side for my wife said we would get the discount as normal. Really need to get their act together.
