Absolutely useless

Absolutely useless. had someone drive in to me in April and drive away whilst i was parked and not in the car. CCTV shows the offending vehicle and the police provided Hastings with the details. had contact from them today to say this has been closed as an at fault claim. unbelievable when all the evidence has been handed to them yet they haven't bothered to follow it up.

Terrible company...been paying for…

Terrible company...been paying for house insurance and my TV packs up and they wont do nothing as apparently they dont cover that ....im in the process of trying to get my installments back as what am I paying for ..thieving gits
