I also have car insurance with DL which made the renewal of my house insurance so difficult as each policy requires a different email address.
My home renewal documents were very late in arriving and after phone calls with 3 DL staff only found a helpful one at the 3rd attempt.. a Scottish lady whose name ive unfortunately forgot.

I will be looking for another insurance company - the carpet we had put down by you after claim was terrrible quality and nothing like what we had before. Even though we complained you said it was the same quality - would not reccomend you
