You advised the book in very good condition. The book was it terrible condition. Every page has mould on it, but because it was a couple of quid I’ve put it in the bin. I won’t be using you again.

We needed some advice on a new music system as we didn’t have a clue. So glad we popped into richer sounds and found Colin. He was so polite, honest and helpful. Set everything up for us to see and listen and answered all our questions. I could have easily listened to his knowledge and passion for music all afternoon. He sorted everything out for us and phoned me a couple of days later to check everything was ok and if I needed a hand with anything. Best camera store on the net. They gave me a trade in value of £380 for my old camera which I was really pleased with but when they received it and inspected it they rounded it to £400 because it was well looked after. Little things like that make me keep coming back 🙌
