ive bought in total 6 cars from arnold clark and ive never had any problem what so ever from the hand over of the car till the next trade in tgey have been very attentive and their after care has been excellent

After having two really bad experiences with previous dealerships where I was sold two dodgy cars, I was honestly so worried about financing another car and didn’t know who I could trust. I was feeling really anxious before I even walked into Arnold Clark.

As soon as I sat down with Marcus, though, all of those worries started to disappear. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered every question I had without ever making me feel silly, and made sure I fully understood the finance process. From the very beginning, he put me completely at ease.

Marcus went above and beyond to help me get the car I wanted. I know it wasn’t straightforward, and he went through a real headache to make it happen. I’ll always be grateful for the effort, time, and dedication he put in to helping me. He kept me updated every step of the way, so I always knew what was happening and never felt left in the dark.

Not only was Marcus incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but he was also genuinely funny and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience so much less stressful.

Wrote a few complaints on here about Arnold Clark and having no success with the manager at AC Sefton street Liverpool. AC then reply sorry to hear about this contact our customer service. I have and they totally blank you and leave a message saying we have a high volume of queries (I AM NOT SUPRISED) I have requested a Subject Access Request and they have still not replied or offered Ombudsman details I have also requested. I will now be contacting the I.C.O

So easy to buy a car that we wanted

Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable assistant made the buying process easy. I was reassured, guided and properly informed throughout. The whole experience was quick and efficient.

From going to arnold clark and looking at cars i wasn't pestered they just let me look round then when I picked out a car they sat me down and explained everything to me no pressure on me to buy the salesperson was first class answered everything to me then left it to me to decide very helpful the staff me you so relaxed it was a great experience thank you arnold clarke I would not hesitate to buy from them again
