Wow wow wow
Wow wow wow, just where do I start with the fabulous Linda, we were totally new to the motability scheme but after talking to Linda, their motability lead, we never felt more at ease. Linda was warm and approachable and the extra detail she went to when talking to my son was outstanding. We knew we made the right decision.
Upon collecting the car, she again Linda went above and beyond spending lots of time talking us through how the car worked with all the little extras. It honestly felt like I was talking to a family member and not dealership.
In actual fact anyone at Skoda was informative and willing to help. Totally transformed my opinion on dealerships.

We recently visited Vertu Glasgow and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The team was professional, friendly, and really took the time to explain everything clearly. We found the experience of dealing with Vauxhall Newcastle excellent, we were in two minds if we wanted to change, and we were not put under any pressure to buy, we did decide on a new car and the whole process was painless, fully supported at all time by Ibrahim. We had a minor concern the next day after picking up the car and this was dealt with promptly and to our satisfaction.

Land Rover Taunton
Land Rover Taunton - John, Harriet and General Manager Paul all made us feel very comfortable at this dealership they were very helpful, knowledgeable and not at all like the usual ‘sales people’ you find at most dealerships. We were given all the time we needed without being rushed, in fact we spent several hours there, and never felt under any pressure to buy. As a result of the way we were treated by all the terrific staff, we did buy a vehicle and even enjoyed spending more than I intended to! 😀 Great dealership with great staff, well done to all of them.
