Very welcoming and helpful. I arrived at South West Optics unannounced as I was staying nearby on holiday. The showroom was in a secure building and I was guided to the sales area. I had previously viewed compact binoculars online - but wished to try them in my hands. Russell was very helpful and let me try the Swarovski and Leica ones I had been considering, plus Lieca's latest Noctovid. I was looking for a something very light, smooth focus, superb optics and overall quality but also suitable for a user wearing varifocal glasses. Russell let myself and my wife have a good 'play'with the various options along with trying outside. I already have a pair of Swarovski NL pure 8x32 and found the Swarovski Curio a perfect practical and quality addition. In use it is wonderfully light and easy to use. Thank you Russell.

Ordered some binoculars that weren't right for me, returned them with great communication and then ordered hawke frontier apo 8x42 at a fantastic price, very pleased. Both deliveries arrived next day before 1pm.

Fantastic offer on Hawke 8 x 42 APO. Very quick delivery but Royal Mail let everyone down by just leaving the parcel sitting by my front door.
Very frustrating to report that I could not get the APOs set up for my eyesight. It appears to be a personal problem as my wife and a neighbour had no problem.
South West Optics staff have been extremely helpful with advice and return/refund is going smoothly.
