Scam. Another Chinese company pretending to be European. It has no connection with Dublin or the Netherlands where it might be registered. Clothes are extremely poor quality and nothing like the photos advertising its products. Al the 5 star reviews must be fake.
Bought a laptop in February. Was talked into spending €400 on extras, mostly not needed, included €80 insurance. Unfortunately the laptop suffered screen damage when it fell, so is unusable. I was told when purchasing the insurance that a damaged item could be replaced or repaired, so assumed l would have the choice. I requested replacement of the laptop as it is urgently needed, and was told it takes a minimum of 2 weeks to repair and only then if it can't be repaired they will offer credit for replacement. I was mis-sold insurance because l was lead to believe that a badly damaged item could be replaced immediately. I queued in the store for 40 minutes on Monday where one harassed technician helped out a person in front of me. By the time he could serve me the insurance company were closed for the evening so couldn't be contacted. I queued up again on Tuesday this time from 4.45 to 5.45 pm where again the technician couldn't help me when he was finally able to deal with me, because the insurance Co was closed again. There were about 15 other employees walking around the store, apparently doing very little but nobody else could help me. I'm now bringing the laptop to a local computer repair company now and hopefully they can help me. Extremely disappointing customer service. I won't be going back.

Scam website. It is a ruse, advertising properties charging unrealistic rents. In order to contact the landlord you have to subscribe and they will then charge a further €35 within 24 hours. It should be taken down immediately before more desperate people are scammed.

There is no sign of my parcel (art kits for my nieces) which l thought l was purchasing from the UK, in Feb of this year, as it has a UK website domain, but when l contacted PayPal for a refund they got back to me with 'updated' logistics information. Unfortunately it completely contradicted their previous tracking information. The first one supposedly came from the US to Ireland on 17th March and is still in transit. Normally deliveries in Ireland take 1 day from dispatch from warehouse. But anyway the new piece of logistics info they sent it response to my PayPal query is that it was dispatched from China and was sent to Dubin but they couldn't deliver so it is being sent back. Thecdelivery address is over 150km from Dublin. It is a scam. It's a matter of principle that l am disputing my purchase with PayPal as these scammers need to be stopped.
They deliberately don't draw attention to the fact a telematics box will be installed. The insured has to make the appointment to have the device installed but if there is no engineer available to do the work the insured is issued with a threatening letter. If you exceed your estimated mileage it has to be purchased €126 per extra1000km. Also, because l cancelled after 11 days of having the active policy, as l reconsidered having an device installed that is monitoring all the drivers of my car, they charged almost 25% of the policy value to cancel. Even though l was well within the cooling off period. These charges are hidden in their lengthy terms of business documents. Shop around. It might seem like competitive and good value insurance but there are hidden terms and conditions.

Thank you for your review, Jenny
When purchasing a telematics policy all aspects of your driving is monitored as well as the number of kilometres that you use. We try to advise when taking a policy out with ourselves that you select a suitable number of kilometres at the start of the policy, that would suffice for the year, so you do not have to top up. If you do run out of kilometres, you will be required to top up your policy to avoid a cancellation notice being issued. All these terms and condition would have to be agreed before policy's inception.
They stole €39.90 from my bank account less than 24 hours after l signed up paying the initial 50cent fee, to find a lost mobile phone. (And they placed the lost phone in a vague location in Barcelona when it was actually lost in Ireland) We cancelled the subscription but they refused to refund me the money they took. I got the same cut and paste reply from 'customer service' when l queried why they took out 2 amounts from my credit card. Definitely avoid.
I ordered a card on Wednesday morning for my niece to be delivered within Ireland, for her birthday on Saturday this week. The card appears to have gotten lost in the post. I contacted moonpig this morning, Saturday, and they are re-issuing the card but it's not going to reach my niece until next Tuesday at the earliest. This is very disappointing. Had l posted a card myself using An Post, which l will do the next time, the card would have arrived the next day.

My husband was delighted to receive his father's day gift of a mixed crate of beers plus glass from Black Donkey. He tried a couple of the beers as did l, and they were lovely.

I have not received my order or any correspondence from Sports Direct. The money was taken from my account 2 weeks ago but no sign of my order coming.
