I was just wondering why Amazon is so bad now. It is no longer door to door service, its leaving parcels on the ground floor when we live two floors up. Are the drivers so lazy now or are they unfit? We will use a better service now as so fed up with delivery.

Ordering is easy to do online and the quality of the jacket is excellent. Delivery was quick and delivered to my door.

It was so easy to book with Shearings, just phoned and spoke to the gentleman and he was so helpful.
We couldn't get our original choice as there were no stops near to us but he suggested another area which we have never been to and we are so looking forward to going on the New Year trip.

I was very happy with the delivery of the lovely sunflowers for my besties birthday. I could see by the photo when delivered where the driver had put them.

The book for my Dad's birthday is brilliant and I cannot wait to give it to him soon. It is full of facts, some funny and some serious.
The only down side was the delivery, it was left downstairs by the security door to the block of flats. It is only two flights of stairs to my flat but the driver could not be bothered to deliver it to my door!

The parcel was not delivered to my door. I live in a block of flats with a security door but the security door was wedged open and my parcel was left at the bottom of the stairs! I looked at my emails and saw the photo of downstairs, luckily the parcel had only been delivered 4 minutes earlier!!!!

Booked a surprise brewery tour for my husbands 65th birthday. Wimbledon Brewerys Mark was a great tour guide and was very informative about the process of beer making. We were able to sample a few beers and also purchase beers.

Easy to use website and kept up to date with when out for delivery. Parcel left with neighbours so all good!

Flowers are so easy to order on the Flying Flowers website. I ordered the sunflower bouquet for my best friends 60th birthday and she loved them! Delivery was on the day I wanted them to be delivered which doesn't happen with all flower delivery services.

I ordered letterbox roses for next day delivery and they arrived the next day at 9.30am! I was so pleased as they were sent to my best friend who has Covid. Thank you for being so quick.

Ordered my mum an early Mothers Day present of a 100 daffodils. She has to self isolate due to having an operation soon. She was amazed by how many there were and they were not open yet, just as she likes them. Ordering is simple and delivery is great, no worries.

I am so disgusted with Hermes, they do not deliver parcels properly. May never order from Ace again!!!!! I love Ace but when parcels are not left outside our front door, last two deliveries were terrible, they couldn't be bothered to climb the stairs!!!!!

Very efficient service from Currys/PC World in delivering my washing machine. Text message day before delivery was sent to tell me 4 hour delivery slot. On the day i received a phone call to say they would be arriving in 10 minutes and this was at the start of my delivery slot. Delivery and installation was quick and efficient.

Each course was made in a professional manner and was easy to understand.
