The format was not straight forward

The format was not straight forward. The booking tab started at the head of the detailed introduction about the event and therefore clicked on the tab at the end of the introduction to then discover it was the tab before the narrative that selected the event.

A very unfriendly website indeed

A very unfriendly website indeed, would not open in a computer, refuses to recognise commonly used search engines (Safari).

Once in using a phone it drags the user through a slow process.
