We’re just home after a week spent in Lake Como and used the Travel Department for our organised tours.
Our guide was Carol - all we can say is such a big thank you for making our holiday and all the tours so very enjoyable! Your friendliness, fun and knowledge was amazing! We’ve never had a holiday before with pre-organised tours but this certainly won’t be our last! Thank you so much Carol, you’re one lovely lady!

Only Apple Pay worked - why??

We bought the flair furnishings triple bunk. All delivered with no problems at all to N Ireland. High quality furniture and really pleased with it.
We had a small issue with a damaged part but Bed Kingdom were fantastic and sent a replacement foc within days - would highly recommend to purchase from them!

Excellent updates on delivery and delivered early! So many thanks to the two guys who delivered the boxes - so friendly and helpful and for placing them in the right room, so appreciated.

In time - also the most friendly and courteous staff at every stage - thank you!

Item never arrived, emailed several times - no reply. Mobile number was always voicemail - no returned calls, and other phone number wasn’t in service.
Avoid at all costs

Easy to book and great choice of trips to choose from!

AVOID! Ordered a school bag which took ages to arrive and very different from the photo shown. Have seen at a fraction of the price now elsewhere!
Got partial refund

If I could give zero stars I would.
Items arrived after at least 3-4 weeks, crushed into small bags. Cheap quality.
Contacted via email - eventually told to return at my own expense or accept a minimal refund. Nowhere to find how and where to return to on the website, turned out to be China!! Any comments I’ve left on Facebook have been deleted - I think they must write the others themselves! Avoid!
