Website states free delivery over £40. order was £44.99 and still got charged £1.99 for delivery

Was quick and easy to find what I wanted

I was offered 10% discount if I consented for you to send me marketing emails but this did not happen when I paid.

Was asked if I would like to save 10%. Clicked on yes, signed up for marketing emails and the discount was not applied. Apparently it is only for future purchases. Feel like I was duped!!!

Firstly I asked about the product with an expert who did not pay attention to the question as I still didn't know the answer after the reply. Even so I decided to order but asked if it could be sent to different address. I have never filled out a form like it. I am just hoping it is going to the right person. Overall a very stressful experience as it didn't let you review the order before placing.

I went in to the Blanchardstown Hs samuel’s with a casio watch that was my dads and the clip fell off years ago and i was looking for a replacement clip, and a lovely women named Catherine took time out of her day to go through a load of spare parts in the back and eventually found one that fits! she was as such a nice women and she didn’t charge me for the clip.

Excellent Service all round.
I had an on going problem with a Citizen watch and it was sorted within minutes - so pleased with the service that we also ended up making another purchase.

Our 8-year-old daughter (E) had her ears pierced at the H Samuel store in Rhyl at the start of the summer holidays.

Lianne and Zoe were lovely with E, chatting to her and making sure she wasn't too nervous. E was really excited, and Lianne and Zoe helped make it an enjoyable and memorable experience for her, even taking a photo and giving her a certificate once she was done.

The care instructions were clearly explained and E's ears healed perfectly within the expected 6 weeks. We're looking forward to calling back in to choose some new earrings!

The order was extremely easy to process with the website being very user friendly. Easy to choose how I wanted to pay and whether I wanted the item delivered or choose to collect.

I visited H Samuel in Rhyl to have a ring resized. I have visited this store numerous times in the past and always receive great service and friendly staff. This visit was no exception. I had Lianne assist me with the ring resize and I was very pleased with the price she quoted me. I have had repairs and resizes done here before and the quality of work is outstanding.

Delivery company will keep you waiting all day for next day delivery - no update from H Samuel or courier until you chase it. Orders indefinitely delayed due to "issues at warehouse", but they won't tell you that or be able to give you a date for delivery.

Several hundred pounds out of pocket - allegedly Ill be refunded when the warehouse sends the item back, however no timescale for this due to the aforementioned warehouse issues.

Very blase customer service agent, no apology, just that this is affecting lots of customers.

I had already checked you would take one4all gift card. The gift card, it would not accept the number i was inputting. i had already checked the balance before using and there was enough to make the purchase.

Easy stresses and exciting

I have bought several G Shocks from H Samuel. I have had a number of issues with one (operator error we discovered). The manager there could not have been more helpful on each occasion and could fix the problem immediately.

I appreciate the level of service.
