Abelini agreed to reset an engagement ring which we had purchased that had unfortunately did not fit. Despite us being past the free 60 day window, they allowed us to pay a fee and have the ring remade. We were advised by their workshop team to have the ring remade into a new setting, rather than simply resized due to the design and the size increase. Their service and delivery was incredibly efficient. We could not be happier with the result, it has been reworked perfectly without altering its structural integrity. We will definitely be purchasing our wedding bands from Abelini.

Bought a new engagement ring to upgrade my wife's original one for our 10 year anniversary.

I Designed my own ring and although there was an issue with the diamond that I choose it was sorted straight away in a very caring and professional way, a few replacement stones were offered and they even agreed to cover any increase in costs.

I was very tight when it came to a delivery window due to holidays and I needed the ring to take to Venice for our anniversary, again they handled this with great care and professionalism and the ring was held and then delivered on an agreed date just as promised.

The ring its self is beyond what I was expecting and has ticked every box I had.

Good variety and choice

This is my 3rd purchase from Abelini & wouldn't hesitate to recommend. I've just received my eternity ring which Peter helped me with my design as I wanted something a bit different.

Googled for good quality engagement rings and multiple people suggested Abelini. Customised the ring very easily on the website and was crafted to perfection. Was able to change from home delivery to collection from their store in Hatton garden and couldn’t be happier with the service they provided and the ring itself.

And to top it all off my Fiance is especially amazed with the quality of the ring. Thank you guys!

The customer service is excellent. Had to return a ring and the process was easy, a refund was issued in a few days. The website is easy to negotiate and a full discription of the jewellery is very helpful. A bonus is that the prices are very good.

I finally took the plunge and after 8 years I needed a statement engagement ring.. after much research I decided to use Abelini....I was not disappointed.
From the very beginning I found their website easy to navigate to help select every detail of the intended ring from the cut clarity, carat, depth of colour and design and shape.
Their customer service is second to none of their ever is or was an issue, it is/was swiftly and professionally dealt with resulting in a more than positive outcome for the customer.
Also purchased a sample which, because of its sheer quality and uncanny resemblance to the original, is now being utilised as a holiday ring/ decoy ring.
I haven't yet had to utilise the after care package that automatically comes with a purchase but I am above confident that should a situation arise regarding the afore mentioned package I am sure I will be met with the same level of professionalism and care that I have thus far received from Abelini and it's staff members.
