Lovely piece of jewellery
Not the first time I've purchased from the Diamond Store. This time, I got 1ct lab diamond pendant for my daughter-in-law's 30th birthday. It's arrived fast and looks stunning. This pendant is on a chain that looks quite fragile, hope it last and hope my DIL likes it when gets this present. Easy to purchase, have not returned anything so far, but hope it's as easy as buying.

LOW STOCK = Out of stock.
The diamond store are very happy to process an order and take your money, but 24hr lead time suddenly becomes 3 weeks.
Steph on customer service was fantastic and saved the situation by finding other products that are in stock, but that doesn't redeem the underhand sales tactics.
PS - I'd have assumed it was an honest mistake on their part, except the website is still showing "low stock" even though their team confirms it's out of stock

I previously purchased an emerald bracelet and earrings from the diamond store and was so pleased with both items that I ordered a ring to go with it.
I wasn't dissapointed. Really lovely piece of jewellery, just like the bracelet and earrings.
Excellent service. I ordered the ring one day and received it within two days.
Also. Delivery was spot on and the driver was very pleasant and professional.

My husband originally bought my…
My husband originally bought my engagement ring from this store, and after a few bad rings from other companies, I went to the diamond store to buy my wedding ring. Great quality, however, the item was out of stock so had to get made up (albeit within the agreed time frame). I had ordered this ring before and got told it was a mistake to be on the website, however tried again a month or so later nd it was available to be made. Delivery with an outside company wasnt great but I am happy with finished product.
