I chose diamond Heaven because of their tailored approach. What makes them stand out from other retailers in Hatton gardens or in general is there attention to detail and how they work with you. I was assisted by Gene who was incredible from start to finish. I was working on a very tight timeline and once I explained my requirements to Gene he helped me select the perfect diamond and ring. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I’m truly grateful to Diamond Heaven for their efforts especially gene who is spared no effort to make sure I left with the dream Ring.

The earrings we ordered were delayed several times but in the end it was well worth the wait. They matched the earrings to a previously bought diamond perfectly. Very pleased with the result and the staff are always polite, friendly and helpful.

I visited Diamond Heaven in Cardiff. The experience was brilliant from start to finish. I was assisted by Courtney, who was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The whole process was super efficient, and their prices were extremely competitive. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the store to family and friends.

Dessi and everyone at Diamond Heaven were absolutely fantastic, I was made to feel like such a important person in my appointment, they were so informative and patient with me. I went to a few places in my pursuit of my ring and Diamond Heaven were just a cut above the rest, so glad ive gone with them, AND there prices were really good too

I used diamond heaven to create the engagement ring for my now fiancée, I would like to give a massive shout out to Gene, he was absolutely incredible and super talented at what he does , he brought my design to life and he has such good attention to detail and made it absolutely perfect , would 100% recommend using diamond heaven and Gene if you want the most perfect ring !

Every step from order to collection was seamless, the girls at the shop helped me chose the perfect ring and stone, setting, customising everything from clarity and colour to cut and carats.

I bought an incredible ring with Ollie at Diamond Heaven in Liverpool. His customer service was amazing, he was so great and you can tell he’s so passionate about his job. He went the extra mile by giving such in depth support. I went on holiday with my partner and she said yes! It was a beautiful experience and she absolutely fell in love with the ring. When we returned we arranged to come and meet Ollie together in store. We organised this via WhatsApp and he booked us an appointment. Once again, he was amazing. He gave so much advice on how to care for the ring, he genuinely cares. We are so grateful for everything. He took the ring to give it a clean, it only took 10 minutes and it came back even shinier than before! The customer service is some of the best you could ever expect and I’m so thankful he was a part of the whole thing. Could not have asked for a better advisor. I would never go anywhere else now when buying Jewellery as Ollie has built such a great rapport with us, he is trustworthy and passionate, he plays such an important role in the excitement of it all. A truly stressful experience for what should have been a once-in-a-lifetime moment

I am writing this review to share the deeply disappointing and stressful experience my partner and I had with Diamond Heaven. When you purchase an engagement ring, you expect a high level of care, quality, and professionalism. Unfortunately, this was not our experience.
The process began with a significant delay; despite an expected lead time of 3–4 weeks, we waited 6 weeks. During this time, I had to repeatedly chase updates, only to be told the ring was in "quality control" or "polishing" for two weeks. Imagine our shock when, after that supposed rigorous inspection, the ring that arrived was completely the wrong design, featured the wrong diamond, and the stone was set noticeably crooked.
It is baffling how a company specializing in such personal, high-value items could let such fundamental errors pass through multiple stages of "quality control."
The impact this had on us was immense. This was supposed to be a joyful, memorable milestone. Instead, it became a source of constant stress, anxiety, and disappointment as we worried whether we would have a ring in time for our engagement celebrations.
When I raised these concerns, the company’s attitude was dismissive. I was essentially forced to accept a compromise—a different, pre-made setting—just to ensure we had a ring in time for our events. They refused to provide any fair compensation for the weeks of stress, the service failures, or the fact that we had to accept an item we didn't choose. They eventually offered a nominal £50 refund, which felt like an insult given the mess they created.
The entire experience took the joy out of what should have been a beautiful time in our lives. I would strongly advise other couples to look elsewhere for their engagement rings. If you want a company that values your business and understands the significance of such a purchase, I do not believe you will find it here.

Was made to feel very welcome by Daniel, due to the heat,a very welcome drink was accepted. Daniel then listened to what my future son in law was looking for. He then showed us various rings and sizes of diamonds. He carefully explained what the weight of the diamond was, clarity and cut , gave many options of what was available. Daniel was very patient when i asked him so many questions. Very impressed and happy with the service. Order was made. Would recommend Daniel and Diamond Heaven in Southampton xx

Fantastic service! It's the second time we have used Diamond Heaven and have always been really happy with the quality of rings, the advice given as well as their competitive prices. Esther is knowledgeable, super helpful and we were able to take our time to chose, never felt rushed and she made sure we were happy at each stage. Absolutely stellar service from the team at the Leeds branch especially Rebecca who helped my fiancé from start to finish in planning and purchasing of an engagement ring, it did not disappoint!! Also provided a great service as the ring needed re sizing so they got us in the same day and we had the re sized ring back the day after with the express service. Absolutely thrilled and will be back to but our wedding bands in the future. Thank you so much

My fiancé and I were reluctant to speak to anyone other than the person with whom he bought my engagement ring, because he has built up such a wonderful relationship with her. However 8 weeks out from our wedding our original SA still wasn't available and we still had no wedding bands. I reluctantly made an appointment with Khushi but was so pleasantly surprised at how she took the best care of us. She found exactly what I wanted and needed in a wedding band and the same for my fiancé and really treated us like valued customers. The time, care and the willingness to go the extra mile really touched us. She also ensured my engagement ring was in condition and took it in for some much needed TLC. Honestly would recommend Diamond Heaven to anyone, i've had no issues since getting my engagement ring in 2024 and I know i can keep coming back and be looked after.
