Very pleased with the panels, great quality for the price compared to similar elsewhere. We did have an issue with receiving the wrong colour and whilst it did take some time to resolve they arranged an exchange for us and we are really happy with the overall look. Asif in customer service was courteous and helpful and we received a text from the driver giving us a delivery slot, which was much appreciated. Very pleased now they are up!

Really great service overall regarding problem with DPF / amber warning light on my Range Rover evoque. Was able to discuss at length over the phone and Zane explained the various likely issues and possible solutions. Was given a specific time slot for the day, Claudio arrived bang on time and was both polite and professional. He quickly diagnosed the (various) issues, cleaned the DPF and gave us a lot of information and clarity about the actions we needed take to address other issues relating to sensors. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others, I spoke to another company who were really rude and dismissive so I’m glad we went with DPF Medic as they made the whole process easy, we never felt rushed and got comprehensive, clear and transparent explanations at all points in the process. Will be using them to carry out the remaining work without hesitation.

I ordered some custom whitening trays at a great price (they were on sale). When the pack arrived the instructions were really clear. I did have a couple of questions and Chris from customer services replied very quickly and advised as needed. When a small adjustment needed to be made to the upper tray a replacement was sent out straight away which fitted perfectly. I am very impressed with the extra mile this company go to and will be recommending them to others, in fact I already have done so!
