I visited H Samuel in Rhyl to have a ring resized. I have visited this store numerous times in the past and always receive great service and friendly staff. This visit was no exception. I had Lianne assist me with the ring resize and I was very pleased with the price she quoted me. I have had repairs and resizes done here before and the quality of work is outstanding.

Quick and easy loan application. All done online. Gave the usual details, income, expenditures etc. Had to provide I.D and bank statement access, but literally took approx 20 mins to provide the info, and got the approval the same day. Excellent service.

Great renewal price, even as my second year with them for car insurance, they were still cheaper than comparison sites. Easy to use website. Luckily not had to claim so can't comment on that aspect, but great otherwise.

I was expecting to be stuck on an endless phone queue but was only waiting approx a minute. Spoke to Kai regarding a house move / fibre upgrade I had ordered but had gone astray. Kai sorted everything efficiently and was most helpful in rearranging the order. Very pleasant and courteous.

Went to Curry's Llandudno to look at cameras as a Christmas gift for my son. Didn't get any hassle from staff whilst we were browsing, but had excellent advice from staff member David on various cameras we were interested in - so much so that we ended up buying one. Even better, we were advised that we could pay interest free over 3 months. A very pleasent shopping experience from a staff member that knew his stuff and didn't pressure us - thankyou David.

I bought these GHD Platinum straighteners for my wife to replace her ageing version 4 straighteners. Purchasing them was really easy online and they arrived within 2 days. She loves them and says how much smoother they feel on her hair ( which is quite thick and frizzy... but beautiful), and how it takes less time to straighten with these compared to her old pair. In all well worth the money - just for the smile on her face
