You can't cancel your subscription via the internet; you have to call them, but they were fine. No pressure to stay.

The new led bulb for my old mag-lite torch is great. A massive improvement.

I visited Aeroleather's factory in Galashiels and was measured for my jacket. The ability to see first hand the range of jackets and leathers was superb and nothing was too much of a problem no matter how many different jackets and sizes I wanted to try on. The ability to see and feel the different leathers ,jacket linings and zips etc was also excellent. My jacket was tailored exactly to my needs and it is excellent. Im delighted with it.

Poor design of Chromebook. The speakers are on the bottom of the Chromebook projecting sound away from you the listener. The speakers crackle when playing YouTube videos or music and I've had to return two withe exact same fault.

The ability to choose where the parcel can be left is excellent as is the photo of where the parcel has been left.

I was very impressed with Norfolk's service. I got a personal telephone call to inform me of a delay in my order and Norfolk gave me the option to cancel. Norfolk's honesty and customer service was very refreshing. I'd heartily recommend them.

Very poor service from DPD. They delivered my parcel to the wrong house and then just cut me off when I telephoned to ask them where it had fine and what my redilivsry options were.

DPD are without doubt the best delivery company of the lot. I live out in the country at an obscure address and use deliveries all the time and whilst the other delivery companies fail to deliver about 40% if the time DPD always deliver. When I know they are the delivery company I can relax!
