I gave this 5* just because of the support I received from Mike in Customer Service. He manage my issue very easy and listened to my problem. I still have my subscription, but through Amazon Prime as its easier to access.

Set up my account again and did the wrong plan, contacted customer services through live chat, Mike and Curtis responded very promptly and all was resolved very quickly, good service all round.

I have been with Premier sports for a few years now mainly to watch the URC & European rugby.

Recently I contacted their customer care department regarding my annual subscription and my enquiry was dealt with very professionally and efficiently.

Cannot fault them

I purchased what I was led to believe was the best priced 12 month package only to find out within half an hour they were offering a discounted package £31 cheaper .My intial request via their chat system to be transfered to this package and to have the £31 refunded was refused but offered to make the dicount available on my next renewal which was not acceptable .After speaking to customer services they have agreed to my intial request and I am awaiting my refund which I am expecting within the next few days .

I was really pleased with the response and the speedy way they resolved my problem .

I had a great experience with Jamie who helped me get my account up and running.
If I could give her six stars I would.

I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience trying to sign up for Premier Sports. The website initially recognises my email address as having an existing account, but when I then try to log in using that same email address, it suddenly doesn’t recognise it. I’m sent through the password-reset process, but the reset email never arrives, leaving me stuck in an endless loop and unable to access or activate my account. I was trying to subscribe through my Sky Q box and had my Sky viewing-card details ready, but despite repeatedly trying, I simply couldn’t complete the subscription. I then tried finding another way to watch Premier Sports on my LG Smart TV, but the Premier Sports app wasn’t available there either. Sky itself correctly shows Premier Sports 1 on channel 419 and the programme I wanted to watch, but because Premier Sports’ signup process has failed, the channel remains locked with a “You don’t subscribe to this channel” message. I’ve wasted a ridiculous amount of time just trying to pay for a legitimate subscription and watch one football match. A subscription service should not make it this difficult for a customer to give them money. A thoroughly frustrating experience and, unfortunately, one star.

Great telephone service from Mike at Premier Sports. I had a problem to solve and it was handled very quickly and smoothly by Mike. I wish all customer services were this good.

Great product and good value

After an issue with a code for reduced yearly payment, had basic reply. Messaged again yesterday. A reply from Michael. Went through my issue & it was checked. The code hadn't gone through. Michael though, said they would refund me the difference using the code as a goodwill gesture. It was fixed within minutes. It was greatly appreciated. Thank you Michael. Sport coverage covered for the winter.

Excellent service from premiers sports. I explained why I was cancelling the sports channel through very ill health of my husband .
I received an email the day after cancelling as I had to finish chat abruptly as doctor had arrived. Email explained that they were reimbursed my creadit card with the full amount of money. Can’t thank Steve enough for his help . Thank you again

I had made error downloading Premier Sports to my television and ended up with stream on my which I didnt want.I decided to cancel that subsription and Michael at Premier
Was helpful.I may well try and resubscribe on my television later.

Wonderful customer service. A fast response to a tricky problem with an unintended subscription which was sympathetically resolved.

While trying to change my subscription from monthly to the 6 month offer, I ran into billing issue. The customer support provided by the team, especially Mike, was prompt and efficient. The issue was resolved in a day.

Had Premier sports for a year now and have really been enjoying the NASCAR Racing. My subscription didn’t auto renew as my card details had changed. I spoke to Jamie in customer services who was very helpful and we sorted it out within a few minutes. Highly recommend 👍

A problem arose concerning the application of a discount code, the response from the customer services staff was exemplary. As a result the matter was quickly resolved to everyone's satisfaction. Occasionally problems will arise but the important thing is the way a company responds to a customer's concerns.
