My daughter went for wraparound care for 2 days and I picked her up 20-30 mins early both days. Both times she was watching tv/screen. I cancelled all my next sessions. We were really disappointed .

Our three kids (5, 8 and 10) had the best time at the summer holiday camp in Norwich. Great activities for the kids and really friendly staff. They particularly loved Mr Proctor! They came home very happy each afternoon - will definitely be booking in again next summer!

Honestly without them I don't know how I could manage working study life specially as a single parent.
The team are extremely supportive, when life gets busy and you forget things to some say "don't worry we will short it" is just a sign of relief and also knowing your children are in good hands.
The team are absolutely amazing in our campus. Always in the good vibes encouraging, supportive and enthusiastic.
The office team are also very helpful and supportive I will like to praise a most sincere gratitude for all support, patient and guidance and hard work to Kelly (SW, MK).

Apart from their system which is slightly better and half meals.

My little boy James enjoys staying in the after school club, he loves the activities and is happy everytime I pick him up.

My daughter attended gymnastics through the school club back in March. Unfortunately, two of the sessions were cancelled, and we were informed that we would receive a refund for those sessions.
It is now September and I still haven’t received the refund. I have emailed several times to chase this up, but each time I have been given another excuse or told it is being dealt with, yet nothing has actually been resolved.
I understand that things can sometimes take time, but waiting nearly six months for a refund, despite repeatedly contacting the club, is extremely disappointing and frustrating.
I would simply like the refund that I was told I was entitled to, and I hope this review encourages the club to finally resolve the matter.

I am so grateful to have premier education holiday club at Lady of Lourdes as there aren't many available in the last few weeks of summer holidays. This was my son's second year and he is always happy to go in. The staff are friendly and booking was super easy, price reasonable too!

My daughter had the best time at the Birchfield setting, what a great service to offer. Such welcoming staff who made her feel very welcome and she settled in no time as realising she didn’t know any other children at the club.

Our children have always loved the sports holiday camps run by Premier at their own primary school but this summer was very different. They reported that they played no games other than dodgeball; they were either inside or outside and when outside had nothing to do/no activities were planned. They complained of having to clear up after lunchtime once everyone else had gone home (we paid for extra time until 4pm each day). They also reported that those who were on free school meals (not our children) were separated from the others and it was very much a ‘them and us’ environment which they didn’t like. My son felt as though he was moaned at all day one day for one thing he did wrong (which he apologised for and which was dealt with in the morning but kept on being raised). I also struggled to find an option to pay with tax free childcare account and ended up having to pay normally which meant I didn’t get the tax benefit. I’m afraid, having had Premier as a failsafe option for school holiday club, this is no longer the case and our children won’t be attending again. Such a shame especially when our children have always been so positive about it in the past.

Aug 2026 -i used premier educatuon last year (2025) and chose them again. I sent my 3 kids aged 9, 6 & 5 for 2 days a week for 3 weeks. They enjoyed it and i had no complaints from them when asked if they liked it. There's a range of activities for them to do and what i particularly liked this year was that it wasn't cancelled due to the extreme hot weather we were having. As 2 working parents that was great. I would use them again definitely.

Our boys really enjoyed their days with premier education, after a rocky start for my nervous youngest (whom the staff were great with). Only reason not 5 stars was they didn't use the safety password system as their email said they would. This made me a bit nervous for the unthinkable of someone else taking my child, especially when we had other family members doing pick up.

The kids enjoyed it, however I was told I hadn’t booked but they were looking at the wrong list, it was rectified but most people waiting was listening so a bit embarrassing and also waiting to eat their packed lunch with age groups.

This was the second time we took our son to fee sessions with Premier Education. He is autistic, but usually well functioning between other kids. He had a lot of benefit from the holiday club, a lot of progress and we was very happy to go there! Also we had good feedback from the club with no issues caused! Thank you so much! I really appreciate, as he really needs socialising and learning through playing with a warm approach!
