Painful authentification process …
Update:
In fairness, once I aired my grievances through the LinkedIn link, Kealan, the CEO, was very quick to respond. I was contacted by a Customer service representative a day later who confirmed a full refund would be made. I'm still waiting for it to reach my business account but understand we're in holiday season with alot of Bank Holidays. I chose One4all vouchers in the end. So, yes Clevercards are legit but they really need to invest in making their app & verification process easier & a bit of training to staff, on here, to never ask for personal details on a public forum. Once I see evidence of that, I'll happily change my 1 star review.....
In reply: Why in God's name do you think it acceptable to ask customers to provide their private information on a public forum, against even Trustpilots guidelines.
Why don't you man your own email account and phone number and provide your customers the support they deserve.
As previously stated in my original review and in an email correspondence, I want to cancel the transaction and am perfectly within my rights to do within 14 days without any reason.
Original review:
The authentification process is painful, to say the least. Passed so many proofs of identity, including authentification in a banking app, but tried at least 20 times to provide a selfie after already providing my passport. I have requested to cancel, way too much hassle. I'll get the €1,000 end of year gift elsewhere. Massive handling fees too, €20 for the pleasure of time wasting and just short of €5 in VAT.
