Not bad but could make it easier for the client
The car I received was not in the best condition especially the gears which were a little sloppy. The express check in ran slower than the desk check in and although I took out the top insurance I was asked to increase it to cover breakdown which I though was unnessesary. It's still a bit of a scarey experience renting a car.

After taking the full insurance I was asked to take out extra cover on the carkey which I declined but its annoying how car hire companies try to squeeze extra money from you at the desk. Other than that it was a good price for an OK car.
