Winparts.ie,exceptional service all round.
As per usual an exceptional service all round provided by Winparts.ie.
Great array of quality car part's that other's fail to have in stock or simply don't sell at all.
Prices for a lot of parts tend to be less & Winparts.ie offer a larger selection from more recognised brand's than other's & also alway's tend to have plenty of each item in stock ready to ship apon purchase completion.
Also Winparts.ie's part's compatibility service is great as it guarantees that you alway's get the correct part for your vehicle.
My only qualm would be that Winparts.ie don't have a warehouse based in Ireland to ship from for Irish customer's to receive order's quicker.
Overall 5/5 & I will definitely purchase from Winparts.ie again.

Gave card payment details.
Waited a week.
Nothing.
Emailed to ask about order.
They said my payment didn't go through.
Fine. But nobody emailed to to ask if I still wanted the part.
2nd time. Ordered again. Same card. Payment goes through. I waited 2 weeks instead of 1 because of a glitch. Otherwise a good service I guess and my part was 70 euros cheaper than buying local.

UPS did not deliver the package, I received a message that it was damaged and they are returning it!
UPS provides very poor service in Ireland.

I fully understand that having your package returned is frustrating. Unfortunately, if a package is damaged during delivery, the carrier is required to return it to us.

When I was ordering my parts a was given a delivery time of 4 days the actual delivery time 11 days. I will never buy here again. The site may have an ie address but parts come from Germany

Apologies for the extreme delay. We normally ship our parts to Ireland by plane. We are located in The Netherlands (not Germany) and we are usually able to ship our parts to you within 1-5 business days depending on how busy it is and what part we are shipping. Unfortunately, at the moment we have some technical issues which causes us to not be able to ship by plane. Our order were instead shipped by truck which takes way longer. I'm afraid that this was also the case with your order. For this we are very sorry.
We are working hard to fix the issue so that we can reduce our delivery times again.

Overall great
Good price, one week delivery to Ireland for a tail light which was quicker than previous orders. Questions answered quickly and accurately. Used them a few times now. They have a good website and stock of parts I couldn't source elsewhere easily e.g. starter motor brush and cages .
