Fast Service, Genuine Parts and Great Support
Excellent service from Trodo! They were very helpful in identifying the correct parts for my BMW using my VIN number, which gave me great confidence that I was ordering the right parts.
After placing my order, I noticed that I had forgotten to add one item. I contacted them by email, and they were very helpful and added it to my existing order without any hassle.
The processing was very fast, the parts were genuine and of very good quality, and the overall service was excellent. I’m very happy with my experience and will definitely be ordering from Trodo again. Highly recommended!

Stay away from this company they are not worth it
Still waiting for you to contact me regarding my refund I made a return of the product on the 27/08/2026
After initially contacting you on the 17/08/2026 according to German law you have to refund me within 14 days of the original return you are breaking the law and you just keep saying that you’re busy in the warehouse that’s not my problem. That’s your problem and my money should be refunded to me because the goods have been returned and now I am down €586.16 because Trodo choose to do so I would stay away from this crowd good reviews but when things go wrong, they go really wrong and this company doesn’t answer doesn’t engage and doesn’t refund people of their hard earned money
I will be contacting German consumer protection about this because it’s not acceptable how long this has been going on the product was originally ordered on the 9/08/26 it’s nearly 1 month gone by and you still haven’t refunded me
