It was an easy process. When CeX received and assessed my phone they regraded it so they got in contact straight away. I didn’t have to agree if I wasn’t happy but I did agree and everything was processed quickly. Very efficient

I ordered a game and it came without the disc . When I contacted the support they were very understanding and were quick enough to send me a replacement.
