So disappointed!
So disappointed!! Ordered a lovely necklace and earrings for a family members big milestone birthday coming up this weekend. I ordered both in gold but the chain i was sent was rose gold. I immediately messaged them once I received the wrong item and it is nearly a week later and I have still not received a reply! I would not have minded if the issue was resolved as mistakes happen however they did not even bother to reply to me. I cannot recommend anyone order from here as ordering online can come with many issues most resolved quickly by contacting customer service but in this case customer service ignores you.
