I loved the lilium blume and now im starting to love the rouge

Have most of the men's fragrances. I passed the samples on to co workers. Several of them have ordered their own

I had an issue with an order and customer support was extremely helpful and responsive. They reshipped my order for me the same day and offered me a discount on any future orders. Very happy with thier customer service

I ordered a bottle of Fragrance from them and it arrived very quickly, unfortunately on inspection it had a loose top on the bottle which was leaking. I contacted customer services and explained the problem. They asked me to send them a short video of the loose top, so I arranged that. Shortly afterward I was contacted by an operator called Sameer who was very apologetic and informed me that he had sent out a replacement bottle. Also if I was to order any products in future to contact them first to receive a discount on the order. Sameer was very helpful and courteous and Thomson Carter are a delight to do business with.

The perfume is ok, not as expected i would have to spray a lot and it fades somewhat after a couple of hours, but the service and delivery were great

I have purchased Rogue Avenue multiple times. The quality of the perfumes are consistent and extremely well Made. I recently had an issue with the cap of the bottle leaking a bit and Yaseem in customer service was very helpful and sent me a replacement bottle. I highly recommend this company for beautiful scents and fast shipping as well! Thank you Thompson Carter for wonderful scents and service!

Loved the packaging as much as the fragrance.

Fragrances are fantastic, had a slight order problem, but Syed handled it promptly! I couldn't be happier with their service!!

Great product beautifully packaged

Placed my first order and never even smelled it beforehand. Loved all the reviews and gave it a try. I received my order quickly but was missing 1 item. Yaseen answered promptly and requested more info. Discrepancy was resolved immediately. Great customer service!

I ordered some fragrances from ThomsonCarter and the 3pack I ordered has a scent that I didn't order so I reached out to them and said one of the fragrances I ordered didn't come in the 3pack instead a different fragrance was in is place. I asked how to rectify this situation and without any conflict at all, Syed replied with a replacement order of the correct fragrance I ordered, at no charge! That was a $29 savings for me! Excellent customer service and these fragrances are AMAZING!

Fast efficient service. Love the perfume

I love Thomson Carter 🫶 Customer Services were brilliant. Rizwan helped me when I had to return a Unisex Scent (which was lovely but just not my usual preference). The return was horribly delayed by Royal Mail. Rizwan ensured I was provided with an exchange (or refund) & shipped my chosen scent straight out to me. Love these scents so much! I've even recently ordered the corresponding shower gel 🥰

Gorgeous perfume, reasonably fast delivery. One of the free samples I'd chosen was wrong but Hassan sorted out a replacement for me very quickly.

Product was as advertised was very pleasant cologne and delivery was pretty fast for being shipped from the United Kingdom.

I'm a big fan of Thomson Carter's fragrances. They're special, not like anything else.
Last delivery went bad though, DPD didn't show up at the time they said they would.
But no problem, I picked up my package at a delivery point not so far from my house.
At home I saw that a 50ML bottle was in the parcel, instead of the 100ML I ordered and payed for.
I sent a message Saturday and got an email back from Syed within a few hours. He asked me to take a picture of the goods and packing list.
Today (Sunday!) I received a message from Syed that he arranged for me to receive a 100ML after all, no charge.
Now that's what I call good customer service!
And arranged so quickly by Syed!

I absolutely love the fragrances I already purchased. It's not over bearing and snells feminine and lovely. I want to bathe in the scent. That being says I just purchased the body washes as well. Thinking of purchasing a few as Christmas gifts.

Had a problem with my package but Hassan and Anas bent over backwards to help me with my problem. The best customer service I have had in a long while well done to you both
