With over 15 years’ experience selling Irish products, we are very passionate about our products and pride ourselves in our excellent customer service. We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. If you are not satisfied we’ll be happy to offer you a refund on merchandise that is returned in its original condition within 3 months of receipt. The only exception to this is Personalized Products, Perishable items product, Crafted products, Earrings or Made To Order Items.
We will not refund postage/courier costs incurred for items returned outside our free return system.
Please note that returns have a processing time of up to 14 business days from receipt at our returns facility. This may be longer at peak times. All items must be confirmed as received back in a fully unused and re-saleable condition before we can process your return. Please note that the original shipping fee paid to deliver your order to the shipping address is non-refundable.
Please ensure you have purchased with us before making a return. Parcels returned to us in error will not be processed.

The perfect sweater!
This was my first time to purchase from The Irish Store and internationally. I was pleasantly surprised to receive my item quickly and smoothly. I wore my new sweater for the first time today, and I love it! My office at work is notoriously cold, so I am always looking for extra warm sweaters and fleece to wear. I did not feel cold at all today. It was so nice. It was slightly itchy, even with a long sleeve blouse underneath, but I have sensitive skin, even more than usual these days. Thank you Irish Store!

The socks were listed as one size. I assumed that meant one size socks fit all. But I see they are limited to size 4-7 and one woman I bought them for wears a size 9 so the socks are not likely to fit her, So I will need to find another recipient for this pair of socks. They would have been a great gift for the woman they will not fit.
