Poor customer support
Very clunky website with no "real" customer support. As far as I can see, you cannot speak to an advisor if you are experiencing problems with ordering. I don't want "live chat" – I want live people ... at the end of a phone line.

like many retailers working solely online we do not have a phone customer suport, we do however have a very responsive team on the live chat and you are very much dealing with a real person.
I can see that you contacted but were struggling with closing the live chat window and we sent a number of screenshots to assist.
We realise sometimes technology can be frustrating which is why we always ensure real people are available to help

Erroneous information, poor service
You told me the InPost box was on Fenwick Road in Glasgow. It is not there. It is in Station Road, Giffnock - half a mile away. I’m not happy. Plus, when I phoned for help, I had to deal with an AI bot thing. I only speak to humans.

Appalling
Appalling. I ordered an oven with cover and stand. Ninja only sent the stand – no oven, no cover. Plus, I could not get through by phone to get them to correct their mistake. Abysmal customer service.
