I have a sound recording background and was a partner in the running of an upmarket HiFi establishment in Exeter.
I was looking to buy two new upmarket HiFi systems and was recommended HiFi Gear in Hereford.
I contacted HiFi Gear and state my requirements.
The response to my request was professional, efficient and courteous. I travelled to Hereford and placed my order. I was kept informed as to the order delivery. A delivery date and time was agreed. The delivery company was late and tried to deliver the goods in the wrong size van for our farm track. The HiFi Gear installation team had to retrieve the goods from the top of our lane. The installation team displayed enormous patience and forbearance during this time. The system was installed professionally and efficiently with a sense of humour.
Because of my experience I am purchasing more equipment from HiFi Gear.
I would unconditionally recommend HiFi Gear to anyone wishing to purchase sound reproduction equipment. They will experience first-rate advice and service

The level of service from Charlie and Jamie was fantastic all the way! From initial email exchange to actual handover of my new turntable. Charlie showed me how to set up my tonearm and provided full proof instructions to take home! As well as some complimentary cartridge pressure scales! Truly above and beyond service.. thanks guys!

Hi Fi Gear had a great deal on my desired amp - ex demo so open box but at a great price. Ordered on the Monday, arrived on the Tuesday! Everything there as new in original box and with full guarantee. Superb service. Very chuffed indeed! Thank you.

Charlie and Jamie really went out of their way to be helpful. I had time to audition my choice and to discuss my options. There was no sales pressure.
The buying experience was very straight forward, and the real icing on the cake was the installation in my home by Charlie. First class job, great communication and aftercare. I have a great sounding hifi system now.

I’ve been having problems with my old Marantz PM6001 amplifier. I popped into the shop on the off chance and was given excellent advice. When I got home I tried all of the suggested options but, as expected, none of them worked. I had been advised in the shop to opt for a new PM6007 and was shown what would be needed. I ordered it from HiFi Gear on Friday, it was shipped on the following Monday and it arrived on Tuesday morning. Within an hour everything was connected and it is working perfectly and the sound quality is excellent.

Great upgrade with the Zeus into my LP12. Lots if good banter with Charlie and Jaime😁 . Charlie carried out the work with diligance and care.

So the result , not tiny , a massive improvement over my Lingo 1 , I could use the audio blah blah , quieter background , deeper bass, better seperation , just to start.

Next upgrade Kore 😁

Was looking to purchase new CD player that was not widely available anymore. My great initial contact with Jamie gave me the confidence to travel up from E.Sussex to visit the store.

I love music, but wouldnt consider myself an audiophile, so planning a new system from scratch was proving a daunting process. I decided that good old fashioned talking might beat Googling, si picked HiFi Gear at random, and found Jamie who took the time to discuss my needs, alternatives to my initial thoughts, and just proper, honest, support and assistance. Im now the proud listener of a pair of PMC Prodigy I's, new cabling, and soon to contact Jamie again to order a turntable and amplifier. Highly, highly, recommend Hifi Gear - competitive prices, but with the type of help and assistance you just won't find on the Jungle Website..
