Ordered Samsung soundbar best price I could find on web and it was delivered within 48 hours. Paired with LG G5 tv it sounds incredible.

I've bought a few items from PT this year. They've always had everything in stock, and always with prompt delivery. The packaging has to be to be seen to be believed!

I honestly couldn’t be happier with my purchase from Peter Tyson. I bought an LG G6 TV and LG soundbar, and I was extremely pleased with the price, especially after receiving a discount.
The five-year warranty was also a huge bonus and gave me even more confidence in my purchase.
What really stood out to me, though, was the customer service. Before ordering, I emailed Peter Tyson several times with questions about the warranty and other details, and every single response was polite, helpful and reassuring.
They were incredibly quick to reply — on one occasion, I received a response within about 30 minutes, and I was genuinely surprised when they even replied to me on a Sunday evening!
The delivery was equally impressive. My order arrived in just two days, with free delivery, which is fantastic considering some other retailers were charging £20–£70 for delivery. Everything arrived safely, and the courier was absolutely brilliant — very polite, helpful and couldn’t have done more to assist me.
From the fantastic price and warranty to the incredibly quick communication and excellent delivery service, the whole experience was first-class.
It’s not often these days that you come across a company that combines great prices with genuinely excellent customer service, but Peter Tyson certainly did.
I’m absolutely delighted with my LG G6 and soundbar and would 100% recommend Peter Tyson to anyone looking for a great deal and, just as importantly, a company that actually looks after its customers.

I had damage inside my packaging and Liam was very understanding and accommodating. He resolved my problem promptly and amply compensated me.

I ordered a new oled TV and there was an offer of 50% off a matching soundbar so I ordered that with it. When they came I realised the sound bar was much to big to fit in the space available. One call to Peter Tyson and they agreed to take it back for a full refund, great service as usual. I have never had anything but wonderfull service from them and I cannot reccomend them highly enough. And the television is wonderfull a LG oled, brilliant.

Long warranty on Denon amp

I purchased two items (a DAC for £1139.05 and a USB cable for it for £78.38 - these prices included a 5% discount on the order).

I chose the items specifically as the showed as "in stock" as I needed them to arrive on the same day.

In the event, the USB cable was delivered late and therefore I contacted Peter Tyson to return it.

All this within 24 hours of receipt.

Peter Tyson said they would only refund £18.42 for the cable - not the £78.35 I paid for it.

Very sharp practice given that Peter Tyson delayed dispatch of the cable, which is the only reason it is being returned!

Moral of the story: return your whole order (not just part of it) to prevent Peter Tyson from taking advantage of your custom.
