Isaac was excellent and provided exceptional support. He was patient given the poor phone reception and stuck by to test connections, etc.

Promised to get a discount but not shown in checkout, so assume its a bug

Promised to get a discount for purchasing two products, but throughout checkout the price never changed and I wasnt game enough to enter my payment details to see if the discount would be applied.

However, there support team contacted me to resolve the issue and I was very impressed by the level of support and care. This was clearly a technical glitch on there page which happens all the time in software. The product is excellent the best probiotics I have had, so for that and the support 5 stars.

Worst mortgage broker on planet earth

Worst mortgage broker on planet earth. Utterly useless and uninterested. Never responded to calls or emails. Closed my case for no reason, re-opened it after complaining, then got ignored until I basically just gave up. Used an independant broker afterwards and the differecne was night and day. Don't waste your time with L&C if you are serious about getting mortgage, you would have better luck consulting a brick wall

LCN are hands down the best IT provider I have used - exceptional support and very accomadting. Never had an issue and when I need help their team are so helpful. Can't recommend these guys enough as a CTO who has had his fare share of dealing with different providers

This company is a scam - DO NOT USE

Hermes have wasted almost 2 weeks of time with 5 "failed collection attempts". What that translates to is that the driver couldn't be f*cked collecting my parcels because I live in an apartment block and it would waste too much of his/her time. 5 times - what is the point in this scam?
