This has been invaluable. The full and lucid guidelines will surely help our executors, and the personal and financial forms have concentrated our minds. Listing and explaining income and expenditure has been an eye opener - there is so much and days later we keep thinking of things to add. Explaining where everything is has again made us sort and rationalise. The team reply quickly and fully to any queries - excellent customer communications. Visited Blaydon store on 26th April on what was to be a fact finding visit. The staff, especially Tina, were extremely friendly, helpful and patient. She assessed what was needed and explained all the options with care. We were given lots of time and space to discuss what we needed (and even tea and coffees), and were impressed by the range and quality of chairs available. As a result we made a substantial purchase and look forward to delivery. Even my lively 2 year old granddaughter was made welcome. Many thanks Tina.

Free delivery when goods not available in shop. One item did not arrive - customer service were extremely helpful, and a replacement sent express delivery. Most impressed - well done!

This is the third baby name picture I have purchased for my grandchildren. We are thrilled by them all. The artwork is delightful and Kate went to immense trouble to personalise them for us and they were exactly in the colours we requested. Each was sent in draft for final checking and changes. All have pride of place in the children's rooms. I cannot recommend these more highly.

Beautiful and original pictures - Kate incorporated all we asked for, for both grandsons. Much loved by them and admired by all. They also loved the Advent Calendars.
