Ordered glasses for the eclipse on Monday 3rd August, chased them up a few days before as they hadn't arrived. No response to my email, no glasses ever arrived. So out of pocket, no item recieved and no customer service response, make of that what you will

May was very helpful and got my issue resolved quickly and efficiently.

It's been going down hill since their leveraged buyout, you could see less staff on the shop floor, clearly demotivated and the quality of the products being cut to increase margins and try and pay off the debt mountain the American Pirvate Equity company saddled it with. No different to ASDA's recently.

And then on top you get their automated response bot, showing you just how seriously they take customer care and service :)

I spoke to an extremely helpful, and well informed advisor. I explained what I needed and was provided a number of options which i was very happy with. Selected my options and the paperwork etc was done in a matter of minutes. Sim already arrived and a date for my install for ADSL has been confirmed. Excellent service

Impossible to get hold of customer services. I have one parcel missing from the parcel shop it is supposed to be delivered to and another they have failed to collect. Tried online and on phone and will only tell me the parcel is in the sshop which it isn't andd then just repeats and repeats, online chat the same, put in the number and it tells me its in the shop and then no further info or offer to talk or help. Absolutely appauling, and I thought other couriers were bad but at least you can contact them. Do not use at any cost as if there is a problem they will refuse to let you contact them in any way

Facilities are well kept and always clean and fresh. The staff are excellent, always available to help, friendly and very efficient. Overall I couldn't have asked for more, an excellent company who provide first class services and know how to hire the right people.

The website is less than useless, no route guides, or if they do exist they do not display on the screen. Timetables mentioning only 1 stop out of 5 or 6 in the village I live in. Buses regularly failing to show up. You enter routes into the website and it displays aabsolutely nothing. No wonder lots of people avoid using buses, it's actually like Arriva don't want you to know when buses are running andd don't want you to use them. Is this just a subsidies fraud with no intention to provide a decent service

Professional, courtious and very affable, and extremely quick.

48 hour tracked deliveries taking over a week to arrive, tracking which is absolutely pointless as its things like 'scanned in' or 'sender despatched' which are meaningless. I can't believe I am saying this but use Evri, they haven't let me down once and their tracking actually informs you where the parcel is. RM is, drop it at the post office, sometime in the next 5 days they pick it up and then if your lucky within a week you check and its just arrived, absolute rubbish

Excellent service, 2 phone calls recieved to notify of when they were coming, combined with the fact I got a 3 hour slot which worked with the site I was delivering to and they arrived in the first hour

No customer services at all, the number you call just offers automated tracking etc and then cuts you off if you dare ask for something else.
The chat bot took 15 minutes to reply to my question about why a shop refuses to take large packages and then answered my question by telling me they should......I know they should but they aren't so how do I get my package collected? Chatbots and no customer services team = great savings but absolutely appauling service so I will never ever use them again

Excellent service from the driver as always.

Fast delivery, sent to my storage unit. The driver stacked it all on a trolley so when I arrived all I had to do was push it down to my Unit. Now theres service for you. :)

As the old adage goes if I coud give them zero or minus stars I would. Don't use them at any costs, they have customer services but they are just pretend. They can't help you and take 4 or 5 days to respond. They have lost my package and 27 days later they finally tell me to raise a claim, something ive been trying to do for over 2 weeks and now the link is useless as the tracking number doesn't work. Customer services is email or chatbot only which i think tells you everything about their customer services. Absolute Garbage service

Used by ebay to provide all parcel deliveery for dpd, evri etc it appears. I didn't know this and have now gone direcct to the couriers. It costs a bit more but they actually have customer services and don't just cancel collections or fail to pick up items repeatedly like Packlink do. If you see Packlink avoid it like the plague as when anything goes wrong your on your own.

Kept informed of arrivaal time, driveer extremely pleasant and courtious. Top Notch
