Great issue resolution
If the mark of a company is measured by the way issues are resolved, then VP’s Resolution Team deserve top marks. Half our bathroom suite looked like it’d come from a Greek wedding, it was in so many pieces when delivered but the calm professionalism of Daniel Lelyveld was immediately reassuring, and the broken items were replaced with extra packing and using a different carrier. Well done and thank you Daniel

Towing the line….
I needed a Witter tow bar fitted to our new motorhome for our tow bar bike rack. I had already purchased the tow bar kit online and Matthew and Andrew fitted it for me, helping me enjoy a significant cost saving. Excellent job done, and in good time, really chuffed.

Ordered extra tool for new Absolute V11 we’d just bought - quality product like the rest of Dyson products. Only hiccup was Post Office - tracking text said it would arrive on one day, but it didn’t arrive until the next, but hardly a show stopper. Very pleased overall
