This is the first time I've needed to use this service. It was really easy to book on line, and to get an error in the data I entered rectified via live chat. The package was picked up on the day that I made the booking (paid extra for this)

My only thing to be improved was that the progress tracker simply said 'in transit' every day. In my situation, which was an emergency package to reach my elderly father in law before he left Japan (with a day between delivery date and his departure) it would have been helpful if sometimes 'in transit' said 'left UK' 'arrived in Japan' for example.

That said the item was delivered on time, without any issues. Thank you

Having checked if I could take water in before I went, I had it confiscated. I then saw at least two audience members with a water bottle, and drinking it. Mixed messages.

The car park at the hotel is a good 20 minute walk but never the less a great service. Well organised.

Delivery driver knocked on the door, I opened it to find him 5' away leaning on the dustbin writing the information card to say parcel was on top of the bin. He walked over to me, gave me the card, and told me that the parcel was on the bin. I replied 'I'll get it then shall I?' To which the response was to stretch my legs!! He was halfway back to the van by then. Not impressed.

When a friend told me about TopCashback, I was really dubious and thought 'what's the catch' In truth there is no catch at all, and it's a no brainer not to use this website for any online shopping!! This is the third time I have used Service Stop, having used both the MOT and service options for vehicles. Communication is excellent, choosing a time and location for collection/return of your vehicle. The only fault I can find is that this time my service date was changed twice, the second time with not much notice.

Highly recommend!
