Great customer service. I have been an Atom customer for about…
I have been an Atom customer for about 5 years but have never had to call them before today. I got a virus on my phone & needed to block my account while I got it fixed. The call was answered really quickly, the operative was very patient & helpful. I called back after getting my phone sorted to unblock my account, again call answered in record time & account reactivated within minutes. This level of customer service is very rare these days, I am very impressed.
I like the app anyway, it's easy to use & has reasonable interest rates but after today I'm even more satisfied with this bank

Brilliant app based bank. Have been with them for many years and only once taken all my funds out as their interest rate wasn’t competitive at that time but since then they are there or thereabouts with competitive rates. Highly recommended.
