Long wait for order to arrive. I ordered in March and 26 working days later (to a mainland UK address), after I had contacted customer service to ask for a refund - it arrived. If they had not stated 5-7 days delivery at the time of ordering I wouldn't be disappointed. They used to be good at delivery and the fabric and range of fabric is good. Please provide realistic delivery times.

Engineer fixed my oven that has been broken for years (genuinely). We've had at least 3 engineers (at least one from Siemens) unsuccessfully try to fix it in the past. Also two electricians try to help. So it was used as a storage cupboard. Gavin showed up and fixed it at last! New parts required. Wish all the engineers used their initiative like this. He was really helpful.

Email confirmation of the order incorrectly showed Standard Shipping although I paid for Assembly. Office assured me it was an error and assembly was noted. The delivery and assembly was smooth and trouble free to an upstairs room. The delivery guys Luke and Aaron were very good and efficient.
The High Sleeper Loft Bed looks good and is sturdy. But the ladder isn't designed well. I would have liked another ladder option. It would be easier on the feet to step on flat pieces of wood rather than the thin edge of boards. Also the wide boards make finding the gaps on the way down not as easy as it could be. A minor thing but a tidier look for the bed would be caps on the screw heads.

The chest of drawers looks good and is made well. Exactly as it appears online. The delivery went without a hitch. Delivered pre-assembled upstairs to the bedroom still in the box. Packaged well.

Very good delivery. Arrived within the 3hr slot booked. Chest of drawers delivered up one flight of stairs to a bedroom as pre-arranged. The two men carried it up still in the box. No complaints from them and no marks on the walls. Thank you.

Very Good. Trustworthy. It's been a few months since the kitchen was done and there have been no problems. No peeling paint, damage or missed spots. I would use them again. They came when they said and we paid on completion of the job. Friendly, decent people too.

Good wooden armchairs but they were not made well for assembly. The holes didn't line up and were not deep enough for the screws. Once put together the chairs do look good though. Delivery was good too.

Great customer service. They even arranged for a refund without problem. The insinkerator now working well again. It's a really worthwhile item in our kitchen and it's rare to have any problems with it.

Quite simple to follow the screen instructions at the lockers. Much quicker than waiting in a queue at the post office. No label needed as all done through your phone and QR codes. I’ll use again.

The lego minifigs were all good. But delivery within the UK was too long. It took 7 days from the order date to receive an email that the order was with their Pick and Pack team. Then delivered 8 further days later. Royal Mail tracking showed it took Royal Mail only two days to deliver. I had not expected their collection and then despatch to Royal Mail to take so long.

I bought the Isofix child car booster seat Capsula. It is well made and delivered in a packaged large box. Comfortable and safe seat for a kid grown out of a smaller child’s car seat who wants some height to see out of the window. No problems. Delivered on time.

Great customer service. During the summer, I ordered something that unfortunately all in my family couldn't agree on in terms of style. But there was no problem with a return. Viktoras even made a video so I could decide whether to order another similar design. I would recommend them. Very stylish, well made furniture.

Excellent. We had one made to order a bit longer than normal and one bought as advertised. Unfortunately once I sat on them my feet were dangling and I realised the tall metal feet made it too high for me. They offered other sets of feet at a discounted rate which worked well. Sofas are well made and look great. The people I spoke to on the phone were always helpful and friendly. Even the careful and friendly delivery guys told me how it was a great place to work. I would definitely recommend them.

I had jobs done back in mid Aug that we had put off. They were done well, very professional, experienced, wore a mask. Would recommend.

I have ordered a few items. One that didn't fit was sent back and refunded no problem. The second Merino Cable Jumper was perfect. I like the quality. I would recommend.

I ordered 10 items on the 9th Oct. Received despatch notice on 16th and 20th. By 3rd Nov only one item had been delivered. Helpful customer service rep sent the rest again. But those didn’t arrive until 13th Nov. Five week delivery for in stock items is too long.
