Booking easy and phlebotomist lovely lady. Results through within time frame and communicated results well and clearly.

Only problem I had was actually finding the place when I got to Chelmsford. Thank goodness for Abbotts Estate Agents who helped me and the lady before me to find the entrance.

Also I had a walker and was confronted by a long staircase as soon as I went through the door. It did say about not suitable for wheelchair access but didn’t realise it meant a steep at least 20 step access.

Special Assistance SO helpful and sorted all my needs. Proof is in the pudding as to how it all works, so I will report back on Trust Pilot to let you know..

Everything up to date has been excellent - fresh plants a good size and packaged well to survive transit. Hanging basket with liner also good and now planted up with surfiniad.

Very helpful - full medical questionnaire reviewed and approved and good communication as one product not available do alternative suggested or money refund. Once sorted item despatched immediately.

Very helpful cancelling a ‘free’ 3 month TV Extra package. However it would have been better if the ‘free’ 3-month part hadn’t been given in the first place. I never wanted it and was ‘forced’ to have it!!!

HOWEVER the cloth chairs in this store are ABSOLUTELY FILTHY and need recovering URGENTY.

Costa PLEASE do something about this. It’s a very popular store.

Kept informed of despatch process and boots really lovely but.a tad too small - thought I’d cover size by increasing to allow for lining, but think I needed to increase by two sizes.

Three cards sent - two for Christmas adore you a neighbour who sadly lost her sister o Boxing Day.
All recipients were delighted with their flower cards and say they were fresh and the Christmas ones derived 30 December were still good 31 December as I write this.
Each card hit the right note and were delivered on the day requested.

My dentist Usher Arshad and his nurse are lovely. as are the reception team. Usher fixed my chipped front tooth which has given me back my smile. He fully explained the treatment and the possible pitfalls.
As I was late (I got the wrong start time) he couldn’t do my hygiene appointment then, but had a slot later in the day to fit me in which was very kind and considerate.
I returned later for this and he evened up the other front tooth to take my smile complete. Can’t say hygiene work was pleasant, but necessary and done with such care.
