I ordered numerous dresses to try for a wedding. They arrived quickly and were all lovely. Choose one and returned the rest easily. Items were refunded quickly and I received a email confirming the refund.

I ordered a suit which arrived, but had no paperwork in the parcel. I needed to return it and emailed Roman on the 24/07 to explain I had no paperwork. I have had no reply to this email. I looked on their website which explains that if you loose the returns slip you have to pay for returns, which is a bit unfair if you didn't receive it in the first place and customer services aren't replying to you. So I paid to send it back. The suit somehow was returned to me with no explanation and I again emailed customer services on the 30/07 and have not received a reply to this email either. I also phoned and was no. 22 in the waiting list, hung on for a while and the queue never moved so I gave up. I returned the suit again on the 01/08 and it is not showing up as returned in my account and I have had no notice of a refund. It has been incredibly frustrating to say the least.

I had a cake disaster for my daughters 18th (which was on boxing day) and there I was late on Christmas eve stuck. I ordered online at Cake Box and picked up an amazing cake on Boxing Day at 12! She loved it. It looked amazing.

My mattress was due to be dispatched on 24th Oct but I had no messages about it. After contacting Emma it turns out the orders were delayed but no idea for how long. Emma did keep me updated for a while but then I had to chase them. Then I was told my order was in the country but that was weeks ago and still no idea what is happening. My last email to them has not been answered. Its been months and no mattress....

SCAM! The only time this company messaged me after joining was to ask to take down my bad review I gave them. They send constant emails about work, never follow up. Take your money and never give you access to your account on their website. Ohh I could go on...simply put...SCAM

Ordered a phone on Black Friday. There has been no communication only to say they received my order. I have emailed them and 3 days later received a response saying there was a delay in despatching my order and it would be despatched in a matter of days. 3 days later and still no despatch and no contact. I really hope its going to be posted. It may not get here for Christmas...if it gets here at all....

Wonderful to deal with this company! I could pick my delivery day and they phoned me twice on the day to let me know an approx. time of arrival. The company were very friendly and phoned to ask if the product was delivered as requested and put where I asked. Prices very good too. Would def use again.
